Movies I Watched =)

Despite my busy-ness with my FYP and assignments, I still managed to squeeze some time to watch movies either with my BF or my friends. Feel lucky tho' compared to my other friends who had missed so much of movies. These are the list of movies I had watched:

Race to the Witch Mountain

I watch this movie with my BF. It's a Disney movie, so what you expect? Everything is cute inside the movie, including Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock. A cab driver who assumes that aliens should be greenish in colour, not like children. This movie is simple and understandable, with lots of fighting scenes which are not disgusting, because it's a Disney Movie. It's worth watching this movie :)

Dragonball Evolution

I watched this Dragonball with FaiFai and Boon at Pavilion. Initially, we were planning to watch Love Matters but tickets are selling out fast, and Dragonball is the only choice, compared to Watchmen and Sayang You Can Dance (hahahahaha). I knew a bit of story of Dragonball (who does not?) but I still need to consult FaiFai who is Piccolo and his helper cause I don't remember reading them in the comic. I felt that this movie move too fast, where in a short time they managed to collect the dragon balls, summon the dragon to give the life back to Master Roshi. It is not what I had expected, but still the only bonus of watching this movie is Goku is handsome here :)))) I prefer the Burma in the comic rather than in the movie. I will not choose this movie if I get a second chance to choose what I am going to watch.

K-20

OMG, thanks to me, James and Boon need to watch this Japanese movie. We watched this is 1 Utama, and initially me and Boon wanted to watch Fast and Furious 4, but James had already watch it. So, we were discussing to watch Confession of a Shopaholic or not. Then we accidentally saw this K-20 poster, and that day was the first day GSC showing the movie. So, we decided to go with it. We don't know this movie is a Japanese movie, until everyone in the movie speaks in Japanese. It's quite troublesome in the beginning because I need to read the subtitle and watch at the same time but initially I get used to it. This is a nice movie, excludes the language. There are humors, fightings, "wow" looking technology things, and most of all the handsome Takeshi Kaneshiro with his lame jokes makes me laugh. I don't mind watching this movie again, with Cantonese or English translation.

Knowing

I watch this with Wiliam, in Times Square after a good recommendations from Boon. It's a nice movie, scary at some part (for me) and exciting. It's worth watching because of the incredible scene and stunts, eg: plane dropping from the sky, train going out of it's lane. We was like "Wah..so geng meh" and "OMG!!" throughout the whole movie. It's a sad movie, because at the end everyone is going to die, and Nicolas Cage need to be separated with his son. Nice movie ;)

Marley and Me

OMG, the movie that I longed to watch!! At last I get to watch it with my BF!! I always have soft spots for dogs, especially cute little adorable puppy!! Wiliam spoilt my mood by telling me the dog will die in the end of the movie (hit hit hit you). Marley is so so so so cute, and naughty, and adorable and and and... CUTE!!!! Okay, stop whining. This movie is adopted from a real story, where it shows the journey of Marley with the couple till he dies. It was fun in the middle of the story, but towards the end, when Marley got old, and sick and dies, I cried like mad inside the cinema. I hope the kids sitting far beside me did not realize that I cried. I was sobbing non-stop, even till the end. Gosh, how am I going to go out from the cinema. And the heartless BF was pointing and laughing at me. It's a nicccceeee movie for dog lovers =)

Love Matters

This movie is selling hot even towards the end of the screening but I manage to catch it. It's a Singaporean movie, but I felt it's too Malaysianize maybe because it's filmed in Malaysia with a lot of Malaysians star in it. The movie is too long (I felt like it's dragging), and I kinda don't like Benny (their son) in the movie. I felt that he look damn dumb and idiot in it. The movie is all about sex and love. I still prefers The Wedding Game or Money Not Enough 2 compared to this movie. If you are a Jack Neo's or Singapore movie fan, worth watching :)

Okay, that's all the movie I watched for the past few weeks. I personally recommend Marley and Me and Knowing out of the 6 movies. Looking forward to watch BOLT! (you know where :P). Chiaozzzz!

done with FYP but is still busy with assignments

I don't know why every time I was copying some things from the Word document, I can't publish my blog. It says something wrong with my HTML template. Grrr..what the heck is HTML template also I don't know. Jargons. Hate jargons. Hence, I need to type everything from beginning till the end. Again. Then, I am lazy, so I give up in publishing it. There goes another post which can't see the sun. Blueek!

I am actually doing my assignment now but I felt damn bored so thought of blogging something which I had done just now. I was trying all sorts of dresses (I don't have many tho') which I could wear to an annual dinner end of this month. I can't find anything which I like. Need to re-furnish my closets? Good idea :) I always think so too

I wore this for too many times already!!!

Somehow I feel this looks like night gown more than a dress.

And it's too short, and too low cut.
It don't look nice with a black tube inside.

Those are the best 3 dresses which I had picked up! And I am not satisfied with all 3 of it. Argh! Shopping! Shopping! Shopping! I want shopping!

p/s: oh yea, and I haven't gotten the bags and sandals to match with those dresses. Another reason for me to go shopping right? wuahahaahhah~

Oh, I miss my BF so much. When will I get the chance to see him again. Thanks to Reb's sad Korean OST videos. Feel like dumping everything and be with him all the time. Can I? I wish I could. Darn those assignments and study weeks and exams. Hate you all!!!!!

Oh, I will posting Kit's birthday celebration in Secret Recipe, outings for the past few weeks plus movies soon enough..soon...I hope it's real soon..hahaha...

a boring day

When you got fed-up with one thing, you will get fed-up with everything else surrounding you. That is what happen to me today. Yesterday's post was about waiting for miracle to happen and it does not happen. So, it affect my mood today - the whole day. I was being so useless wandering around the house and doing nothing productive. Useless me. Hah!

Thus, being so un-productive, I went and checked my mail box. Thank God someone did send some interesting stuff for me to check it out. I particularly attracted to one mail, where it describes my characteristics when I am in love according to my day of birth. Quite accurate though!
